Progress Post.
Just a quick post.
Weighed in yesterday at 93.9kg.
That brings me to a total of 13kg exactly lost.
And leaves me with another 24.9kg to go! : )

New revised mini goals.
1. Be under 90kg - 89.9kg
2. Half way to goal - 87.9kg
3. 20% weight loss - 85.5kg
4. To be 85kg

Well...
For some time now, (ok ok ... just since I started WW) I have had "mini goals"
I wrote down my latest mini goals 2 weeks ago... and UNBELIEVABLY today, when I weighed in, I PASSED THREE, out of my four, mini goals!!!
1. to lose 10kg!! - DONE
2. To reach my 10% (10.7kg) - DONE!
3. To weigh UNDER 95kg!!!! (11.9kg) - DONE!!!!!!
Can you believe it????
I am sooo stoked!!!
I lost 3.2kg in two weeks!!
Cut down my sugar points to only 14pts a week (what I was supposed to be doing... hehe)
AND walked during my lunch break for 10-15 min... thats all I did to turn WW on its head, and have maximum loss!!!
I know it will prob plateau again next week... but I was just soooo happy at my meeting this morning that I started crying!!! lol.
